Phoenix warrants that wastes and traps which are provided for any consumers who use the products manufactured by Phoenix in any residential home will be free from defects or materials or workmanship for the periods specified below (with each of the below periods commencing on the date of purchase, or for new building, date of handover).

Should any warranty claim be made and service attended to by a Phoenix authorized Service Agent whereby the installation has been assessed as an installation fault and not a product fault, or from some other cause other than a manufacturing defect, Phoenix reserves the right to charge a service fee for attending and/or any work carried out.

This product has an Augmented Reality feature which means you can view it directly in your space!

On your phone, click on that same 3D model, and simply click “View in your space”. You will then be able to scan your space, and the product will be placed in your space. You can then move the product to wherever you need it to go. The products will resize themselves to be real-life sizing, so we don’t recommend playing with the sizing too much. If you do choose to resize the image, when the product is at 100% sizing, this will be the real-life sizing.

On your desktop, simply click on the 3D model and you will be able to rotate the product in every angle to get a better idea of what the product looks like.

Top tip: We recommend walking around the product so you get a better idea of the product as a whole!
