Ingrain guarantee that all products sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects with a 24 month warranty from the date of original delivery.

We use only the highest quality materials. Combining traditional craftsmanship and modern technology, we aim to make furniture that will last a lifetime when used as intended.

Natural environmental factors will affect the condition of furniture which lead to cupping, timber splitting, shrinkage, expansiona nd timber finish discoloration which unfortunately cannot be warranted.

Cabinets (vanities, tallboys & ensembles, shaving cabinets excluding mirror): 24 months repair or replacement, 12 months on shaving cabinet mirrors.

Vanity tops: 5 years replacement 

Framed & LED Mirrors: 3 year repair or replacement

While we put great care and precision into crafting your item(s) according to your expectations, it is important to note that we primarily work with natural materials such as timber. The natural properties of timber, including its colour, features and grain can significantly influence the final appearance of the product and may vary from what you may have seen or anticipated. Additionally, our finishing process may involve filling resin holes and addressing imperfections in the natural timber. This is done not only to enhance the overall quality but also to minimise our environmental footprint and make the most efficient use of the material. We adhere to industry standard practices when addressing these imperfections, ensuring that each product meets our quality control standards before it leaves our warehouse.

Variations in timber colour, graining and features are not considered a warranty issue.
