Caroma Luna Square Cleanflush Toilet Suite Bottom Water Inlet

A good toilet. I was hesitate at first because of so many caroma bad reviews about poor flushing. When you install it you have to adjust the inlet valve by adjusting the screw at the top and making sure it fills up to the "marked" water line AND you have to remove the outlet valve by twisting it anti clockwise until you hear it click, remove it and there is 2 circular rings, small one for 1/2 flush big one for full flush, turn the ring until it clicks fully lower the big ring for full tank flush click it back and adjust the other to half way for half tank flush.

Have used Blue Space for several projects now and have always had excellent service from Aliti, Bec and Paula to source products and get shipped interstate. Tracking items once shipped and follow up communication is excellent. Shipping can take up to a week (Syd to Melb), but that is normal these days.

Brilliant customer service - from the online chat to phone help, staff could not be more helpful. I had a problem with a Caroma product and The Blue Space Team were so good to deal with. Their pricing is also great - and they have good packages for various items, so you know all the components will work together - eg Caroma toilet with Geberit cistern. Shipping is also efficient, with notice from the driver when they are nearby.
