Frequently Asked Questions

Top tips for choosing the perfect vanity?

Are you looking for the perfect fit for your small bathroom? We have small vanities or ensuite vanities for you.

Vanity Styles
There is a vast range of possibilities when it comes to designing your vanity. We have minimal styles which feature one drawer that seamlessly runs along the length of the vanity, shaker style vanities that suit the Hampton's inspired bathrooms, real timber vanities for those who like one-off pieces, vanities with integrated basins for a seamless look and an abundance of configuration options for cupboards and drawers.

All of our vanities have options for customisation, and that includes colour! No vanity has to be the same. There are a range of finishes to choose from for each vanity, you could opt for a classic white, or try something different with our textured finishes and then pair this with a beautiful stone bench top.

Single Bowl vs Double Bowl
Single bowls can be centred on the vanity, or offset to the left or right. If you opt for a larger vanity with the single bowl, it provides ample bench space, and am I right in saying you can never have enough bench space!?

If you have a busy household, or have to share the ensuite with your significant other, double basins are ideal and a huge time saver when you have more than one person trying to get ready at the same time.

Add a Mirror or a Shaving Cabinet
A vanity isn't complete without a beautiful mirror or shaving cabinet to compliment it. We also have corner cabinets and vanities that help save space if you limited space in your bathroom. Mirrors can reflect the natural light in your bathroom and open up the space, while shaving cabinets offer more storage options - Yessss!

Do I need a plumber to install my vanity?

Ensure that your bathroom vanity is installed by a licensed builder or plumber. If your products are not installed by a licensed trade, you will risk a void in warranty.

Wall Hung or Freestanding?

For a minimalist look, wall hung vanities are the perfect choice, they also provide the illusion of more space in the bathroom due to their floating nature. Don't be concerned about storage in a wall hung vanity, they come with drawer and cupboard configurations that provide plenty of room for your cosmetics and appliances.

Floor standing or freestanding vanities are a great option if you are looking for a full height vanity or have floor plumbing to hide. Providing ample storage, the floor standing vanity also gives a clean modern finish from the end of the vanity, straight to the floor.

Of course, if you like the look of a freestanding vanity with legs, we have some beautiful options. This is a classic design and perfect for those looking to achieve a timeless bathroom design.

Make sure you measure wall-to-wall to make sure you are choosing a design that fits your space. Once you know your size restrictions, it's time to look at your options. Standard sizes include 400mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm.and 2100mm.
