Your Dream Kitchen

Have you been dreaming of a new kitchen and all of your design boards are pointing to a Hampton inspired trend? Here's our top tips at The Blue Space for achieving the Hampton Kitchen look, after all, it's one of the most popular trends around the globe.

Colour Palette

Classic neutral tones is what works best for a Hampton's inspired kitchen. Use white kitchen cabinets as your base colour, believe it or not, there are so many different shades of white, make sure you choose one that works in with the rest of your home.

Introduce other tones such as duck egg blue, timber and light grey. This can be incorporated with your splashback tiles, stools or pendant lights.

Kitchen Cabinet Style

Shaker style kitchen doors and drawers are what some to mind when we think of a Hampton kitchen. Pair the shaker door with a detailed shell handle for the ultimate Hampton look. An island bench is a wonderful addition as you can place beautiful coastal stools underneath for an additional breakfast bar and also have much needed extra storage and bench space.

Ceramic Sink

White ceramic or fine fireclay kitchen sinks fit the brief perfectly. Choose from a range of butler apron sinks where the front of the sink is exposed, in single or double bowl or you can also mount them under counter if you prefer this look.

Detailed Tapware

We have a few favourite tapware ranges when it comes to a Hampton look, the Phoenix Nostalgia range and the Fienza Lillian or Eleanor range really hit home with the brief.
