Initially embarking on a cosmetic revamp, the project’s ambitions soared with a structural renovation in 2023, reshaping the home into a masterpiece of space and style.

Graceville is a tale of transformation and elegance, crafted by the team at Front Porch Properties in collaboration with The Blue Space and Phoenix Tapware.

The latest renovation was driven by a vision to extend the home, introducing an expansive master bedroom complete with a walk-in robe and an ensuite that spells luxury. This structural expansion was not just about adding square footage but also about enhancing the home's curb appeal, reflecting our commitment to both aesthetics and function.

At the core of this transformation was the master ensuite, reimagined with a distinct toilet area and the addition of a luxurious bath. Despite spatial constraints, the design philosophy of maximising potential led the team to integrate a custom-made vanity, a traditional shower with a bench seat, and a freestanding bathtub, all contributing to a sanctuary of relaxation.
The master bedroom itself was transformed, showcasing signature design elements that Front Porch Properties have become known for like a cathedral ceiling, bench seat, chic wallpaper, and classic wainscot panelling. On the lower level, the laundry room was redefined to offer essential storage while maintaining a classic American aesthetic, seamlessly integrating into the home's design narrative.

The renovation embraced the Phoenix Cromford Range, aligning perfectly with the classic American style renovation. From the twin shower to the basin mixer, each selection from the Cromford Range contributed to the elegance of the Graceville project, ensuring every detail echoed timeless sophistication.

The adjoining toilet space and the laundry room were no exception, with design choices that seamlessly blend traditional charm with modern functionality. The traditional Rak Toilet Suite and the farmhouse-style sink set the tone, while the pressed metal wall panelling and the carrara-style herringbone flooring added layers of elegance and luxury.
